Not really. If I wanted to I could go to other sources and get a
better phone. You certainly cannot deny that the cost of that phone
and the allowance you get from the cellular provider has a direct
effect upon what the customer pays up front and what he is obligated to
pay over the term of the contract neccessitated by the investment for
equipment by you or the cellular carrier?
