BR> Of course - I lived with the need to know doctrine in the service.
BR> HOWEVER
BR> - keeping it unknown was easy there. How big a beaurocracy are you
BR> willing to
BR> support to do a pisspoor job of keeping this data secret - and what are
BR> your
BR> criteria for a valid need to know?
There was a part of my life where people I worked with assumed I lived on a
need to know basis. However, it was amazing how I always found out more than
I needed to know. As for who decides what is, how, and what criteria, this
is the major snag I've come up with. However, the need to criteria for the
need to know data has already been stated earlier in the conversation, a
clear and present immediate danger must be present. Now, we only have two
problems, already solving one of them.
Peace.
