There are ways of avoiding requests by feigning ignorance. Ask long enough
with enough direct evidence & you might be surprized.

A good example is wrt Fylingdales & the X-Band Radar & Molesworth
& the interceptor rockets (wrt missile defence).

UK gov says nothing being built {at} fylingdales & no plans to base
interceptor missiles there. Both true statements however......

Nothing being built != nothing planned to be built & no missiles {at}
fylingdales != no missiles in the UK.

So far the public t'aint twigged this yet because when asked very straight
questions the gov gives very straight (& legally correct) answers which
are none the less misleading.
