It can be the same, but there's another type feed from server to server --
I don't know how it handles dates though (well, right now it's all from the
client, which is what I don't like.)

No, just update internet news to handle it.

Not correct, the frame of reference is GMT *on the end clients, especially
the original posting computer.*  That's what I'm saying should be changed.

No it doesn't, not if you have it set to view in date/time order, which is
what I always do.
