Hello,

I am running Terminate v3.00 and having problems using it through w4w.
The problem I have is that either on starting or exiting the program I
receive a message stating the carrier is High. On startup my modem will
not be initialised and on exiting it prompts me if I want to hang-up.
If I choose hang-up it will tell me that it can't do it. My modem in the
mean time shows that I am not connected to anything. I have WINRPI running
in the background. Could there be some link here. I would like to hear from
anyone who knows what's going on here.
