It would seem wise to incorporate this clarification into THE FORM, because
it is far from obvious. I sure hope that this doesn't invoke the following
clause in THE RULES:
If I change any declared meaning that appears
within this declaration I will explicitly acknowledge
that this point of meaning I have provided may have been
refuted where refutation can be proven via either,
logical invalidity or a confirmed point of refutation.
That would seem to be overkill, unless Peter, competitor that he is,
were to insist...
In fact, RULES like the above are a second reason why I will probably
never complete THE FORM. Such RULES seem more appropriate to an
amateur debating club than to a forum created for mutual enlightenment
and information sharing.
