While listening to Bill Grimsley Pete heard:netcomm m34f problems

G'day Bill

 PC> So that's why i saw a 4_sale ad for a pre-loved Sportster :-) ,
PC> so did USR finally deliver the Courier after 12 months or did
 PC> you buy elsewhere?

BG> My previous comments related to Dave's board, where he had been
BG> testing Jill's V.34 Sportster for viability as a BBS modem.

Looks like i did jump to the wrong conclusion then :-)

BG> And no, my Courier has STILL not arrived, but I'm making a few
BG> waves about it now, and expect to hear something soon. I won't
BG> complain though, as when I originally ordered it, the exchange
BG> rate was only A$0.66/US$1, and it's now hovering around the 78
BG> cent mark, making it much cheaper from my POV. :)

Your right there, if nothing else the exchange rate has improved.
