Saw the "whale"...It looks like a bus with wings.  Air intakes on top. rear 
wings look like an F-22.  Rather unusual aircraft.
THe USAF museum will be expanding, adding 50% MORE display space by building 
a new hangar called "The Cold War".  The new hangar will be the same size as 
the "Jet Age" hangar now housing the XB-70 and such.   The say they will have 
a Russian Bear bomber on display, although no one knew where the aircraft 
would be coming from.  Also to be built is a round building (about the size 
of the IMAX theatre) containing ICBM missile and satellite launch vehicles.  
No date of completion (or even groundbreaking) was given.
