I would like to have a copy of this... I am currently helping a bmom
who had sent in a request after the first law was passed last year... to
exercise her rights to contact her son as to his consent.... Of course,
her letter of request was put on hold because of the complaints from
the adoptive parents trying to block the law......   I would appreciate
any information as well as your suggestions on recontacting the agency
or State so as to persue the contact to her son.....  I would like to
see her make this contact before any appeals are put into action.
