There's a couple of spots here that the fisherfloks like to haunt, especially 
Black Creek in Churchville (remember where that is?) where there's a bridge 
over the creek. The more daring to the anglers will sit on the bridge maybe 
100ft 9or less) from the tracks. I know of one guy who got killed there a few 
 
years back. There's fences all around there but you can get around them. 
After 
that, the fascination with that spot died off for a while.  
 
  
When ya heading for NC? Don't forget to check out the hobby shops. If you 
want to 
drive a ways, go down to Hamlet for a day. Watching all that CSX stuff will  
help get you prepared for the merger. :-)
