Yep, that's probably right. But then, isn't that what I'm supposed to do as
a user?

I used to use the tree view approach, but somehow I got tired of it and
tried the direct listing way and to my surprise I liked it. I still think
there is a slight logic error there, in that the timestamp really seems to
come from the sender's machine which is kinda wonky - but then again, my
brain is also pretty wonky so no prob there.
