It exists as an extension in the compiler Simon uses (Borland) for DOS,
Windows and OS/2 targets.

Watcom also support as an extension it across all target platforms.
Available in TopSpeed C.

Not available in IBM Visualage for C++.
Not available in the older versions of MS C I have here
