   There's still the issue of channel surfers who won't see the disclaimer.
I would actually have no problem if the movie was aired late at night when
kids are much less likely to be around.

  While I personally wouldn't mind if they aired "Debbie Does Dallas", I
don't think it would be the right thing to do.  The "7 deadly
words" are just an arbitrary measure of what's generally acceptable to
most people.  I see no reason to pay tax dollars to support everything on
the public airwaves.   Nothing is being censored or banned.   Video stores
are on the
street corner of nearly every town in the US and cable and Satellite cover
the rest so there's no problem accessing a broad range of content.
