Okay, here's what I have:
286 IBM PCAT, dos 5, telix  and a 33.6 
internal Dynacom fax modem.
Problem: When I connect to most bbses  I get 
horrible lag. The modem will pause from a few second to a minute or so. I 
ave
tried two different phone lines and several different init codes . Does anyone have any 
suggestions?
