"the shot never fired" is not responsive in any way to the question, but 
anecdotal and evasive. It was a real question requesting some serious thought 
and self evaluation. I receoved "MY" answer in East St. Louis, IL in 1978 in 
a real gunfight so the question has some thought and experience behind it or 
you guys can fight the kiddie flame wars til everybody leaves.
