That shoots down the people who complain that their kids are reading and
writing less, doesn't it? I saw a documentary on this the other day. They were
saying that kids are reading and writing more now than ever before with the
computers, text messages on cell phones, etc. The problem with the writing part
though is the LOLs, u for you, r for are, etc. Of course, they could still
write complete sentences using those.
