I would expect more of an effect from Arafat's death than the Iraqi Funding
being removed. With Arafat gone there is the possibly of a stable
Palestinian government that wants peace. Arafat talked peace but was as
willing to commit as the Far Right Israelis. With him gone the more
moderate may have a chance. The PA / Arafat had billions so what's a
hundred million to them.
