I would like to add something: i have had corrupted tables myself, not often, 
and in all cases the problem was with the memo fields. I have no idea why.

Sorry, never heard of Dsalvage so i can't tell you. But TUtility comes with 
PDox or you can download it from a Borland support bbs. At least over here..
