You can proxy everything at once. Restore all the pass: rules back to the
installation defaults. Now uncomment the  :

Pass http:*
Pass wais:*
Pass ftp:*
Pass gopher:*

lines at the bottom of httpd.cnf. If you are using WebExplorer ensure that
you have "http://1.2.3.4:8080/" ---NOTE--- trailing slash which
is MANDATORY for webexplorer! Not required for netscape or netscape/2.
