I have never heard of the scented geraniums, I must check them out.  
Are they large or small plants?  I tried hanging wire baskets this 
year, and though they were not a total success, I know what changes I 
will make next year.  Geraniums will be added to the pots and no more 
marrigolds (they were a flop in the basket).
