OK, I read through this.  Made my eyes glaze over the first time :-) but 
I reread it and gained some understanding.  I don't have a FAT partition 
but I do have a lot of free space so I can set one up.  I must say that 
you have authored some of the most comprehensive info about traps and 
their analysis I can remember reading.
