Found an on-line version, but nothing that I could easily download to my HDD 
and peruse at my lesure time permitting, and I'd rather not do that online, as 
I pay per minute. Do you have a URL where I might get a "whole"
copy of that, 
otherwise I might have to see if getting creative with wget or w3m might get 
me a local copy to read.
