Well, it isn't going to do you any good on your BBS.  If you have a K56Flex 
"client" modem - you have to connect with a K56Flex "server" which you're 
only likely to find on an ISP.  Your modem is capable of up to 56K bps 
_downloads_ from a K56 "host".  People connecting to your BBS will be limited 
to the standard 33.6 Kbps V.34 speed.
You can't "host" a K56 Flex connection without digital lines.
