If you have the two areas configured in fidoconfig, you could select the
message you want to copy/move to the other area in golded using the m key. You
could select multiple msgs to copy/move at once with the spacebar and then use
the m key do what you need to do with them.

You could use whatever storage format you prefer. *.MSG, Jam or Squish.
