For what it is worth, I've converted Dave Rowe's VACPAN spreadsheet to Javascript and
posted it to

  http://www.considine.net/mac/vacpan.html

This allows one to calculate the polynomial coefficients (in addition to a
few related
numbers) for a Schmidt corrector plate.

The usual disclaimers apply.  I think it is error free, but would
appreciate hearing if anyone
tries to double check it.  (There is one cell at the bottom that doesn't
calculate, which is an
oversight on my part.  But it's late, so I'll fix it this weekend.)
