Eric,
There really are no discounted tickets.  The important thing is to not let 
anyone sell you tickets combined with something else.  That way, you lose 
control over ticket prices and hidden costs creep in.  Either buy 'em at a 
Disney store or wait until you get to the park.  The best deal, if you plan 
on going twice in less than a year to the park for at least more than 5 days 
total, is to get the annual pass. Discounts, whenever they occur, are usually 
on food or accomodations, never tickets.
