in your case, yes... and i think this is where part of the misunderstandings is
coming from...

right... the problem is that it may not be clear that there are two subject
lines involved... the one in the netmail message carrying the attached file and
the one in the attached .eco file that tells the program what the file is
attempting to do... if one uses an outbound filebox for your system, there's
only one subject line involved and no netmail message... the clarity between
the two subject lines is not always as visible as needed... this stems from the
format change of the file being sent which also breaks/negates the use of the
existing echomod update tool that some have used forever...
