subject: Help with OS/2

AB> My situation is this .. I am a quadriplegic and am able to only
AB> use one finger for typing
i have cp, and i use os/2 warp v 3.0. actually i beat the heck out of
it. ;-)
AB> 1) OS/2's "Special Needs" (one finger typing) do not work at the
AB> OS/2
AB> command prompt - they work 100% while in an OS/2 program
AB>
AB> 2) The "Special Needs" also don't seem to work in Windows 3.1
AB> software
AB> .. I have the blue spine pack
AB>
AB> 3) The "Special Needs" do not work at the DOS prompt .. not a
AB> major
AB> hassle as I can always use Hyperkey's one-finger feature
here is how i have specials needs configured:
settings activation on
settings time-out is 0 seconds
acceptence delay is at 1, or all the way to the left
delay until repeat is at 3
repeat rate is at the last one, or all the way to the right.
and it works at a os/2 and dos command prompts and in win-os/2.
AB> 4) Dragging & dropping is a major hassle .. as I have very limited
AB> control over fine-motor muscular movements
all i did was to change the mouse buttons settings from button 2 to
button 1....
let me know if u need any more help.
