Problem could be caused by a number ot things unfortunetly.
Do you have another cable you can use ?
Are you using an active terminator on the chain ?
Your Ultra160 Driver is at least d10.3 from 15th Oct 2001 ?
Could also be caused by RAM, try reseating your RAM
as a first measure, as well as use RAM testing software
to give it an overnight workout

Also try replacing your Kernel with at least 14.104a SMP.
