Replying to a message of Vincent Coen to Sean Dennis:

Uhm, have you used netmail attachments much?  If you attach a file to a message
you need to use the filename as the subject.  You can't add a subject and
attach a file.  So what is it?  

I know how to use the elist bot, Vince.  I helped Ben write his replacement
elist bot years ago.

Yet what you just told me in email is the exact opposite of what you just told
me here.  I have a string of 20-something email messages and you've been clear
as mud in every message.

You contradict yourself in every other message, Vince.  Can we get it straight
here?  Over 20 years of dealing with the elist and I've never had so many
problems doing something that should be very simple because I can't get a
straight answer.
