I've areafixed ELIST again.

Do me a favor and post your help file here.  I am a bit confused by conflicting
instructions I'm getting from you as if I am sending these updates to you via
file attachment in netmail, the subject of my message is going to be the
filename, not "MOD-UPD" or what-have-you.
