Hi Dave,
We have the 5250DN, but had an 1850 before this. With automatic duplex,
these are awesome printers. But, the 1850 driver that comes with eCS
would grey out the automatic duplex. A driver I had downloaded earlier
from the IBM driver pak worked correctly. When we hooked up the 5250,
the driver that comes with eCS for this printer had the same problem.
So just on a lark, I tried the old 1850 driver and it works perfectly.
Apparently there isn't a lot of inner difference between the older and
newer printers. This is not the first time trying drivers with
different dates has solved a problem for us. By the way, these are
Laserjet drivers we are using, not Postscript.
