See this is one I _DONT_ understand.  Wildcat! "libraries" in the
SDK for both the DOS and Windows versions have been publicly available for
the longest time (since way back in the MSI days).  If he needs the SDK to
allow AllFix! to be used with WINServer, just give me a shout at
robert.wolfe{at}robertwolfe.org with a contact email and I will send him a
copy of the current SDK for WINServer :)
