Hello!
I've said this before with another topic (or was that another echo? ah, 
well...) - if you have something important to say, put it where all 
interested parties can read it. Some people don't read messages addressed to 
others, and the result is that we have five different messages asking "What 
is PII?" and eleven different answers...
The motive of this posting is purely selfish - I get really irritated to see 
all this unnecessary repetition, and I don't like getting irritated. :)
