By gawd it's refreshing to converse with someone that *knows* what they
are speaking about! Your report of talking to Tech is the exact same
as my experience. Hayes *will* release K-Flex for their Accuras (for
this topic) -when- the ITU says "ok." It will be a Flash upgrade and
will be free, till then the Accura K56 + Fax is a mere v.34 modem.
Email to Hayes os/support will get you, or anyone, the same answer.
