Peter, your logic remains faulty.
No categorisation of evolutionary
pressures is possible. All that 
can be categorised are individual
responses to environmental (external
to self) pressures. Similar individuals
can and do, respond quite differently
to the same environmental pressures so it 
remains useless attempting to categorise
environmental pressures. If you wish
to attempt to do so all environmental
pressures are "opportunity type" pressures,
no exceptions.
