I also want to know that the shakeup will lead to objective analyses being
presented for consideration, and that the aim of the purge is not to make
sure that intelligence estimates are tailored to provide support for
pre-determined administration policies.  Goss's contention that the CIA
should "support" administration policies is wrong.
