I've heard that too. I don't know what is happening up there but all I can say
about the weather anymore is that it is weird. I don't remember ever having 50
degree weather in February in my life. It almost makes a liar out of
Punxsutawney Phil when the other day he predicted 6 more weeks of winter. :-)
