NATO has E-3A's, and Turkey is in NATO, so it's a good chance that they have access.

E-3A's are only going to work as an air superiority command and control
platform, so if they can field an air force bigger than ours in the area it
could work, but I think it's doubtful they have a big enough air force to
protect it. I'd be more worried about their army and anti-aircraft ability.
