I see this as a moneymaker or the government wouldn't even bother. I'm sure
they will order marriage counseling which would have to be paid by the couple.
Or it could be that more *usually the woman* ends up in the welfare system once
they are divorced. It sure isn't for the best interest of the couple or the
children.
