    That is not entirely, Darin. EOF is a constant defined in stdio.h. What
keystrokes are translated by the implementation into the EOF constant in
the input stream depends on the implementation.

    There is obvious confusion between the EOF integer and the end-of-file
signals which may or may not be present in various operating systems and
file modes.
