BG> I believe that if ATI7 shows an EPROM and DSP revision of 2.5 or

Yep, mine shows the revision of 2.5 (date 20/5/96) so it

definitely falls in the faulty batch. What I can't figure is

why mine doesn't seem to show it. Am I not using it in situations

where the bug is supposed to show itself. I was on direct chat to

the sysop of a BBS for about 1/2 an hour without any pause. Isn't

this where the bug comes in?

SK> One hopes that Dynalink will do the righty and allow owners

SK> of the buggy model to upgrade at no/ minimal cost.

BG> It isn't up to Dynalink. The law says that if they've sold you a

BG> faulty product, they MUST replace or repair it FOC. Having said that,

BG> if you've not yet noticed the pausing problem, it's unlikely that

 BG> yours is so affected.

I'll check tech support on the Web page to see what the answer is.

 Thanks for the reply

 Cheers...Steve

... Erroneous error. Nothing wrong.
