   I sent Richard Blackburn netmail last month, reminding him about the 
EchoList update.  He didn't acknowledge my message and, since we've received 
the notice from the Backbone Operations, apparently hasn't sent in the 
Update.  I assume that SemWare is disconnected from the Echo (again).
    If no one objects, I will send in a update (listing Richard Blackburn as 
moderator) as soon as Blackburn's password expires.
    Or, would everyone prefer to have an election for a new moderator? Or at 
least a temporary acting co-moderator to serve until SemWare gets themselves 
undisconnected and checks back in?
