In a typical case, internal modem cards usually only give you a choice
of IRQ's 3,4,5,7. Use which ever one you have that's unused in the
system. But note that "unused" really means not used at the same time.
So for example you could use IRQ 7 if your printer doesn't use it.
99.9% of software doesn't bother using IRQ 7 for the printer anyways.
I forgot to ask but if you're not using a serial mouse on COM 1 then go
ahead use IRQ 4. Don't share IRQ's unless a driver clearly states it can
handle it.
