Hi Martin,

Weekends don't make any difference for me - I live alone and don't often 
leave the house, and also don't have other than the very infrequent 
visitor (one or two per annum!).

I think your best shot would be to enable it - then run pci.exe under 
OS/2 from the pci104vk.zip (or later?) package that I think is on 
hobbes, and see just what it identifies about your hardware, 
specifically that MAC item.
