I dont have any major problems with my setup, I have a 33.6K connection,

and I used to get a steady ping time of 200ms (even with my old 14.4)

when my ISP had a Quake server. That was JUST bareable. Playing on a Quake

server that is actually being accessed across the internet is like playing

chess by mail ;-)

No it wont sorry, the problem is not, and has never been bandwidth, it

is the roundtrip time or ping time that is mainly responsible, and a

faster connection to your ISP wont help.
