  An aftermarket satellite install can range from:
   Fairly simple if you have a casette player, readily available power, and
don't mind a small amount of visual clutter.
  - to -
  A real bear if you have a newer vehicle with an oddball antenna, Digital
Retained Accessory Power, and no good clean physical mounting.   Consider
paying for the install.

  XM radio is cheaper, but other than that, it would basically come down to
if you wanted Major League Baseball + college sports instead of NFL football.
