All the one's I've met even those wot weren't busted. OK the Ken Lay's etc
of the world got close to the "a man who steals a melon etc" but
in general (e.g. the Moscow mafia) they were too dim to make money even
semi-honestly.

Abramovich has managed to get away with it by being bright enough to stay
just this side of legit & away from politics.
