I'm assuming com 1 and 2 are external ports on your PC, as thats the 
standard.  That means in order to use Com3-16 You need to get an Internal 
modem.  If your 28.8 is already Internal, then you will need to change it to 
Com4 (using the jumpers on the modem, or the Plug'n'pray software) and then 
purchace an External modem to put on Com2 :) Fun eh?  Btw, Com2 and 4 Use the 
same IRQ, so when configuring your modems make sure that you change the IRQ 
on one of them.
