Not without someone not noticing.  Sudden wealth, loads of new bills? 
Gonna be spotted, that amount of cash.

Note that'the $630 million found in Saddam's palace was mixed small
denomination bills in Treasury shrinkwraps - typical CIA payoff money.
Wonder how long it had been there?
